What level of fitness do I need to join the Women's Boxing Fitness classes?

Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. Our instructors will provide modifications and adjustments to ensure everyone gets a great workout.

No prior experience is necessary. Our classes are beginner-friendly and our instructors will guide you through each technique step by step, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident.

We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire and athletic shoes. Don't forget to bring a water bottle and a towel to stay hydrated and wipe off sweat during the session.

While our classes focus primarily on fitness and technique, many of the movements and techniques you'll learn can be applied to self-defense situations. However, our main goal is to provide a fun and effective workout.

The frequency of attendance depends on your personal fitness goals and schedule. We recommend attending classes at least 2-3 times per week to see noticeable improvements in strength, endurance, and coordination. However, even attending one class per week can yield benefits over time.
